BLAME GAME: INTERMISSION
[attr="class","staffbody"] [attr="class","staffheadimg"] PREMISE[attr="class","staffpara"]
In the great hall, the whispers of a conversation: [break][break] "Jeremiah Knox. To what do I owe the displeasure?" [break][break] "Sir Atkins-Folley. Or should I call you mayor now? Is that preemptive?" [break][break] "I will hold the fort until the elections." [break][break] "Are there going to be elections? You have a lot of chaos on your hands." [break][break] "The familiars will come back. This will be over soon." [break][break] "You have a lot of faith...Do you think our missing mayor will also make a miraculous return?" [break][break] "We can withstand it." [break][break] "Ahaha. Have you been praying, recently? Madness has a way of making believers out of godless men, this is true...." [break][break] "What do you want?" [break][break] "Nothing I haven't wanted before." [break][break]
OOC GUIDELINES[attr="class","staffpara"] Welcome to Blame Game: The Intermission. This is a mini event that takes place concurrently (more or less) with the events of The Calling. - You may only participate with a character that is not involved in the Calling.*
- Participation in this event takes up one of your 3 active quest slots.
- Participation in the event may subject your character to various epilogues and consequences, similar to a mission thread or event thread.
- Participation with preset characters is not allowed.
- This event is not injury-enabled, though optionally can be.
HOW IT WORKS[attr="class","staffpara"] Welcome to Blame Game: The Intermission. This is a mini event that takes place concurrently (more or less) with the events of The Calling. In this event, several scenarios have appeared across Delphi as a result of the emergency happenings of November 19th and the city's lockdown. - From now until Jan 15th, you may post in any one of these scenarios with an introductory post to claim it. Again, you may only participate once with one character per member.
- Do NOT post twice in your selected thread until all introductory posts have been made and the participation list is finalized.
- Each thread will have two moderated "updates" that contain guidance on how to get to the next plot point.
- Every post in this event must have TL;DR.
- Each thread will continue until the scenario is closed, or until it is deemed inactive.
- Inactive scenarios will qualify for rewards based on MP for Social threads
- Completed scenarios will receive extra rewards and an epilogue.
INACTIVE THREADS[attr="class","staffpara"] Threads in this event will become inactive in the following way: - If a participant does not reply for 1 week, they will be removed from the thread. You may not jump back in to a thread you were removed from, so please be mindful of this deadline.
- The 1 week is counted from the last post made
- Threads may continue with at least two active participants
- If there are not enough active participants to continue the thread, it will be deemed inactive
Remember, these scenarios WILL NOT HAVE MOD POSTS. It is up to you to make the event as complicated, challenging, or interesting as you would like. Remember that what you write in these scenarios will have consequences for your characters and the development of the plot. Feel free to be in conversation with Pan about these threads, and have fun! [break][break] * One exception is granted to basil fade, who can participate only in the following thread (as it takes place November 18th): THE FERRYMENLIST OF SCENARIOS[attr="class","staffpara"]
