Henri joins the Narcisse at the expense and downfall of the gang. [attr="class","chartl-item"]1979 At age 15, his familiar manifests into the physical plane. Henri learns his familiar's true name. He starts learning how to control his magic. [attr="class","chartl-item"]1982 At age 18, Henri has proven himself to the Narcisse. He takes on their family name and joins Sybaris. [attr="class","chartl-item"]1984 At age 20, Henri is promoted to a Spécialiste within the Narcisse family and oversees a small team and operation of his own. He completes various missions for Sybaris to make a name for himself. [attr="class","chartl-item"]1988 At age 24, Henri achieves Sentinel rank. [attr="class","chartl-item"]1990 At age 26, Henri is promoted to Parrain, the underboss, within the Narcisse family. He answers directly to the Caïd, the Kingpin and big boss of the family. [attr="class","chartl-item"]1992 At age 28, an unexpected and violent reaping at a Narcisse safehouse leaves the old Kingpin and a number of his closest men dead. Henri survives and steps into the role as Kingpin. The ruined safehouse is rebuilt again as Genevieve, a western cuisine restaurant and front. [attr="class","chartl-item"]1993 Jonquil Holdings is established to mask the Narcisse name and to consolidate all of the family's legal and illegal operations. [attr="class","chartl-item"]1995 NCS Entertainment is established. At age 31, Henri begins negotiations at high places. [attr="class","chartl-item"]1999 The Church of Her Mercy is established and built in the Delphi residential area. [attr="class","chartl-item"]2002 Thea Phoenix's parents abandon her and baby Hannah at the Narcisse's doorstep in a desperate last ditch attempt for forgiveness. At age 38, Henri takes Thea in like his own daughter, but leaves her and her sister to be raised at the Church of Her Mercy. The Narcisse groom Thea into a suitable member for the family. Hannah stays innocent and ignorant at Thea's earnest request. [attr="class","chartl-item"]2010 Jonquil Holdings at this point is very profitable and boasts a number of notable celebrities from NCS Entertainment, and successes from other business ventures. Negotiations and sponsoring for a potential uprising "star" in Sybaris begin. [attr="class","chartl-item"]2012 At age 48, Henri achieves Acolyte rank. [attr="class","chartl-item"]2015 Proper expansion into the other cities start becoming more than an attractive idea. Henri goes on a lot of business trips and sends other family members for reconnaissance. Witches select where this appears on their bodies prior to completing their first Sybaris mission. The procedure nowadays is painless and technically reversible.
