In her periphery, or rather, in Adelais' gaze is their darling apprentice pinned in place with carefully placed shadow skewers—though that's the least of Rebecca's worries. When Queenie feels a flick of her familiar's tail on her arm, does she finally look straight on with a smile.[break][break] "Have you reflected on your mistakes or whatever?"[break][break] The skewers recede back into the shadows and the illusion drops. She moves around to Rebecca's side, crouching down to the girl's level with her chin in her hands. Her scarlet eyes grin more than her lips, and she chirps,[break][break] "Cooooool. I have some fun work for us."[break][break] ooc description: [break] [attr="class","questblock"]QUEST: NEXUS GENERATION Genius is hardly bound to blood, but few names like "Fresnov" decorate history so easily...This is staff-given quest, and optional to complete. In order to complete this quest, finish a non-moderated thread with Rebecca Harper involving the capture of prodigy Cipher Corp researcher, Sergio Fresnov. Fresnov is a powerful Acolyte, an augmentation specialist with a knack for light magic. To be eligible for rewards, the task should pose a serious difficulty for both characters involved. The quest will reward lore, and possibly spells or items.
