Sebastian Moretti, a young man with long blue hair typically worn in a ponytail who has a thing for vests and formal clothing despite his work as a weapons smith. This mild mannered smith is well known for the complex weapons he makes and his love of coffee. A cup of which usually never being too far away. Although, despite his kindhearted demeanor and his soft exterior, Sebastian comes from the now turbulent city of Vale. Where thanks to the weak reign of the new democratic government, crime runs rampant throughout the city. Despite his parent's efforts to financially care for their children, it would be Sebastian's older brother who would take matters into his own hands by joining a local gang to help make ends meet. Although, unbeknownst to Sebastian and the rest of his family, his brother would get caught up with an organization far more dangerous a secretive than any Vale mafia.

Thanks to his brother's support, Sebastian managed to stay out of the criminal scene for the most part. Instead spending his time learning metalworking and craftsmanship as an apprentice in Vale. First starting small as many young apprentices do before trying his hand creating weapons of all sorts. Although his real talent in creating weapons wasn't fully realized until his familiar became apparent to him. Thus allowing the teenage Sebastian to marriage magic with steel. A process that wasn't without its hiccups at the beginning. Yet once Sebastian learned to control his magic with the help of his familiar, his talent for infusing objects with magic wouldn't go unnoticed by other elements in Vale.

One such group happened to be Hydra, a group which already had one Moretti brother, and with the other brother's talents, it only made sense to bring Sebastian in too. So, Marco Moretti, the elder brother of Sebastian was tasked with introducing Sebastian to Hydra to make weapons for their cause. Yet, Marco had joined long ago so his brother wouldn't have to dirty his hands with such business, knowing that his younger brother wasn't fit for the nasty yet necessary work of Hydra. So, instead of recruiting Sebastian into Hydra, he instead gathered up as much money as he could and sent his brother to Delphi to further improve his skills as a Cerberus witch. Of course, Sebastian took his brother's offer without a second thought. The idea of learning magic at the schools of Cerberus having been a dream of his since discovering his familiar.

Compared to the Vale, Delphi was like a whole other world that took a bit of getting used to. Yet thankfully, entry into the exclusive coven was almost guaranteed thanks to his skills and the money his brother had provided him. Once he got his license and became an official witch of Cerberus, Sebastian would return home for a short time to show his parents and thank his brother for giving him such an opportunity. Yet, unfortunately he never would get the chance to as upon returning home he'd learn of his brother's demise. Traitors were not tolerated in Hydra, especially when they help their potential recruits join their enemy. The incident was largely swept under the rug, with the unsolved case being dismissed as just another piece of the gang violence that was consuming the Vale.

Disheartened by this, Sebastian would return to Delphi to continue his studies, eventually even opening his own weapons shop. Where he'd create anything from simple weapons to complex and magical gadgets of all kinds. Accepting a wide variety of customers. Yet, his brother's death would continue to haunt the young man, enough so that he'd open his own investigation into it just to find who was responsible. He would use Cerberus's specialization in witch oriented crimes to help his investigation. Even going to far as wielding the very same weapons he'd crafted to take matters into his own hands to subdue and question past associates of his brothers.


What started out as a desire to find the one who'd murdered his brother had spiraled out of control as Sebastian learned that the person who'd killed his brother wasn't from the Vale, but rather Delphi. As the details of his murder matched a string of other murders that have occurred in Delphi throughout the years. So now, after conducting his investigation in the Vale, he's set his sights on Delphi to find the person responsible for his brother's murder.
