While beginners may only be able to stir up some rain and sporadic thunder, advanced users of this spell are able to 'captain' the storm, totally controlling the wind, rain, hail, and lightning effects as they please for massive, destructive effects. A single lapse in concentration, however, and the spell could end or go haywire.
