August 7th, 2018Mrs. Knox was removed forcefully from her home. Police advise that the defendant was involved in dangerous activities that they had yet to disclose. She is determined to stand trial on Felony charges for conspiracy, aggravated battery against an officer, and unlawful display of weaponry. When asked for further details on this, her husband James Knox refrained from answering. She is not yet scheduled to appear before a court.
August 27th, 2018Delphi Attorney's Office have released a new statement on the case on Mrs. Adalie Knox. Her charges have been adjusted to aggravated battery against an officer, and unlawful display of weaponry. They claim that not enough evidence could be obtained to substantiate a charge for conspiracy. Mr. Knox continued to keep his silence. Sources say he was last seen at the civil courthouse to file for divorce.
March 17th, 2019Ms. Adalie Knox has been tried and found guilty on all charges. She is sentenced to fifteen years sentence in prison. Mr. Knox made a statement regarding this matter. It reads, "Adalie was tried as any citizen in Delphi would. She broke the laws in which we alll uphold for the safety of everyone. Her choices are her own."
